Connie Mae Rawlings Wilde
January 17, 1931 - July 20, 2002
Connie was born in East St. Louis, Illinois, to George and Beatrice Rawlings. She met Ed in college calculus class (although he was dating her friend originally). They wisely realized that they belonged together and were married on August 23, 1952.
Together, they have enjoyed close to fifty years of marriage, three children (Brad, Bruce and Beth), and five grandchildren (Sarah, Kayla, TJ, Matthew, and Thomas). She loved her family, friends, church and life.
Connie's Memorial Service was held Wednesday, July 24th at the UU Church of Spartanburg, SC, where she was an active member. Contributions can be made to:
