TJ District UUs to Visit Partner Church in Transylvania

In a few weeks, some of the members at the Unitarian Church in Charleston, SC will be departing for Transylvania. The main purpose of their trip is to visit their Partner Church in Küküllödombó, in the same district as Radnót, partnered with Clinton, NC. They hope to meet Rev. Jakab Benedek, the district representative iof the Küküllő district, in Segesvár. They also plan to see Rev. János Kriza, the district representative of the Kolozsvár district. Clemson, SC; Columbia, SC; and Lynchburg, VA have partners in his district. On the way to Transylvania, they are stopping in Budapest and hope to see Rev. József Kászoni. They also hope to meet the new Hungarian representative, Rev. Sándor Létai.

Whatever they learn on this trip that might benefit the congregations in the Thomas Jefferson District, they will certainly pass on. In the meantime, do not hesitate to call on Ben Horvay if you think he can be of any assistance in your dealings with your partner church.

In faith,
Ben Horvay, benjaminhorvay@cs.com
