The Thomas Jefferson District Annual Meeting will be held April 16-17, 2004, at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Charlotte, located at 234 N. Sharon Amity Road in Charlotte, NC.
The schedule includes our annual business meeting, an awards luncheon and two workshop sessions.

Nominating Committee Report:
The Nominating Committee has communicated by email and held one conference call Jan 17, 2004. We have solicited people with skills and interests needed for anticipated Board needs as well as potential nominees from current Board members, the District Executive, and the Mountain Leadership staff. The Nominating Committee has interest in moving into a year-round model of leadership recruitment and development.
