Cluster Gatherings
The registration fees for cluster programming and trainings will be based on $275 per Consultant, per day; plus $125 consultant travel. In addition, registration fees should include $10.00 per person for food expenses and handouts.

Payment of Fees
Once the consultation service(s) or cluster program is confirmed and the appropriate fees determined by the District Staff, the sponsoring congregation or group sends the fee payment to the TJD Office. All checks are payable to:

All TJD Consultant honoraria and expenses are paid by the district upon completion of the services and submission of the appropriate expense vouchers.

*NOTE: Congregations that paid their Annual Program Fund (UUA) and Thomas Jefferson District Fair Share pledges in the prior fiscal year, and are on target for the current fiscal year pledges are considered a Total Fair Share Congregation.
